Practice every Tuesday and Thursday Night at Beacon Memorial Park 6pm |

Please being cleats and sneakers to each practice. We will utilize the track on certain days and you'll need sneakers. Do your best to wear rugby jerseys and shorts if you have them.
On TUESDAYS we will focus on rugby and work closely with the men's side.
On THURSDAYS we will do fitness and actual rugby play or touch.
